Aluminum neodymium alloy target is of silver white metallic luster, and density: 2.75g/cm3, purity: 99.995%. It’s good to add appropriate neodymium (Nd) in aluminum plate: firstly, good corrosion resistance; secondly, low resistivity; thirdly, the screen won’t turn yellow; fourthly, no bumps in later heat treatment, which thereby reduces the coating process. Neodymium aluminum alloy target is manufactured through vacuum melting furnace, heat treatment and precision machining.
